Background and Credentials
Over a decade of legal experience spanning BigLaw litigation, international corporate operations, and specialized training in mediation, negotiation, and conflict coaching.
about
As a litigator, I learned how to prepare relentlessly, think on my feet, operate in a high-intensity environment, and hold complexity without losing sight of the goal. Working in-house across borders taught me how to navigate different legal systems, cultural expectations, and competing priorities, often simultaneously.
I studied mediation and negotiation at Harvard Law School's Program on Negotiation. I trained in conflict management coaching through CINERGY. I earned my accreditation as a mediator through the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in London and Community Boards in San Francisco.
Born in Poland, I have lived in London, France, the San Francisco Bay Area, and now the Washington DC area. I work in English and Polish, and I enjoy working with people from around the world.
